Before You Buy

By purchasing from SnappedUp, you agree to all our Sales Terms, including our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy and Warranty Policy. Once an order is placed, it forms a legally binding contract. Please do not make a purchase unless you intend to complete it.

All listed prices include GST.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns can be made only for faulty products.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded within this period.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Exchanges are possible if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Warranty

SnappedUp’s warranty is straightforward: if a product fails within the warranty period, simply return it to us for repair or replacement (depending on the item).

Alternatively, you can visit your local authorized repair centre in Australia to process a warranty claim.

All products carry a manufacturer warranty ranging from 12 months to 5 years, depending on the item.

Warranty claims can be made by emailing us — this is the quickest way to get assistance. (Please note: phone calls for warranty claims are not accepted.)

SnappedUp adheres to all Australian consumer trading laws.

Operating Hours

Our team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST, excluding public holidays. Inquiries received outside these hours will be handled on the next business day.
